You can order online or call the local dealers... the one in Clifton Park I called didn't carry it but would order it for me.

I got a free QT when I ordered my Monstaliner.

Lots done over the weekend

Cleaned up the frame and spray painted it.  Also painted my rear wheel wells.

Mounted up my engine skid.  Im adding two bolts to each arm but it was getting dark so I snapped the picture.

Drilled, tapped and Installed RK bumpstops.

Installed currie steering, rancho stabilizer and did the toe in myself. It was very very easy to do.

This is how I ended up measuring for the toe in.  Make sure you have enough pressure to hod the bar but not enough to indent the tire.

Then I installed my AntiRock.

Then it was on to making a new bumper.  I just have to finish painting it tonight and it will be done.

All tacked up.

All tacked with winch mounted.

Some Stick welds not the prettiest but they will do the job

Smoothed out the welds and put a coat of paint on her.

Yeah I busted hump.  Thanks Josh.  Next up finish rear tire carrier, build some rockers.  I'll prob paint and mount the rear bumper without the carrier for now.

By the way the alignment was cake I measured it a few different ways all ended up being toe in 1/8 inch.   The only problem I ran into is centering the steering wheel.  I'm out of adjustment on the drag link so I'm thinking I'm going to have to take the pitman arm off turn the wheel and adjust after.

Josh I might know what your talking....not sure but if your at the boars nest we can talk then.  All I know is that I goes straight snow the road lol.

Well the front bumper is done.  Still need to mount and wire the winch back up.  In the picture it's just sitting on the bumper.

Rear bumper is painted just need to mount it and finish the rear tire carrier one of these days

Rear bumper is mounted.

The jeep rides a lot stiffer with all the extra weight.

Does anyone know of a good muffler shop around the Saratoga area?  I have to get two cuts welded up that I have clamped together.

Ok so after I installed my currie steering I tried to adjust the toe in and center the steering.  Toe in went fine.  Well far as I know.  The problem came when I tried to center the steering wheel.  I maxed out the drag link adjustment but the steering wheel is still a quarter turn off.  After some research I think you are suppose to install the steering with a stock pitman arm.  Right now I have a dropped pitman arm.  This makes sense to me.

What do you all think.

Is your axle centered under the jeep. Assuming you have an adjustable panhard bar. if the axle is not centered then the drag link might not reach. i doubt the pitman arm could cause that becauae that compensates for lift (vertical as oposed horizontal).

After my lift I had my axle centered and jeep aligned.

Ok so I spoke to currie.  They said that the steering is set up for a stock pitman arm, stock track bar bracket, and 4" of lift.

I currently have around 4" of lift,  a dropped pitman arm and a track bar bracket that drops 2" from stock location.  As far as geometry goes I thought your pitman arm and track bar mounting point had to be parallel.  Which I think is kinda close.  I emailed currie I'll see what they say but I think I'm just going to cut a bit off the end of the drag link.

I cant decide what I want to do.  I'm thinking about getting a new currie track bar which would get rid of the drop track bar bracket which then I could get rid of that horrible drop pitman arm.   The driving is not bad at all but I think it would be tighter without the drop pitman arm.

I wonder if their is any pros to having the track bar dropped 2" or they just do it for the steering geometry.

Whens the lift starting I'll be around tomorrow night if you need a hand.
